MAJOR DELAYS ARE EXPECTED and travelers are strongly advised to AVOID THIS AREA. The detours will begin (Route 1 at 9 p.m. and I-95 at 11 p.m.) on Friday, May 31 and Friday, June 7, and end on Monday, June 3 and Monday, June 10 at 5 a.m.
