What we are doing:

To afford our clients peace-of-mind during these unusual times, MTC Chauffeured Transportation Solutions has taken measures to minimize risk to our passengers and chauffeurs against the COVID-19 Coronavirus and other sicknesses.

Vehicle Preparation:

MTC vehicles are being disinfected during the cleaning process using PURTEQ disinfectants using a fogger to make every surface in the vehicle virtually impossible for germs to take hold. Many forms of bacteria and viruses that land on any surface will be destroyed immediately on impact. Treatment is long lasting and safe for humans. Additional disinfectant of the ventilation system and cabin air filters, cleaning of door handles, seating surfaces, arm rests, steering wheels is included.

MTC’s affiliates in more than 500 cities worldwide have received these procedures and have been provided a hang-tag to notify clients of the disinfection.

Vehicle Preparation

Health and Wellness Screen:

MTC helped develop this “Health and Wellness Screen” with a local window covering manufacturer and is in the process of installing these in their fleet. Health and Wellness Screens are retractable, easy to see through, easy to clean commercial grade, fire retardant, 20 mil thick, double polished clear vinyl for superior clarity providing passengers an attractive physical barrier.

Face Masks - Temperature:

All MTC Chauffeurs will wear face masks.

At the beginning of each shift, the dispatcher will take and record the chauffeurs forehead temperature (non-touch). A chauffeur that indicates a reading outside the “normal” range will be sent home.

Socially Distanced Seating:

For groups using coaches we have configured a seating arrangement that distances passengers from each other while seated. Utilizing a fill from the back and an empty from the front policy, passengers contact with each other will be minimized during the loading/unloading process.

When utilizing coaches for groups, with prior arrangement, MTC can scan passengers temperature before boarding.

Socially Distanced Seating

SmartRide Technology®:

Our artificial intelligence software detects fellow employees with similar pick-up or drop-off locations and suggests opportunities for filling empty, socially distanced, seats in a vehicle. This reduces your carbon footprint by potentially reducing the number of vehicles on the road.

Our software can invoice each passenger individually, dividing the vehicle cost by the total number of passengers and charges the individual employees credit-card their portion allocating the travel expense against each employees’ departments’ travel and entertainment budget.
