Loyalty Rewards Program

MTC Limousine rewards our repeat customers with free base fare trips as a reward for their loyalty. As one of our services, all MTC Limousine travelers are enrolled in the Frequent Rider Program when they establish a VIP Passenger Profile in our system. Registration is easy and MTC automatically tracks the travel for the loyalty member. Frequent Rider Program participants receive mileage credit on all MTC trips, in any vehicle, at a rate of one mile per base fare dollar spent. Once a VIP member reaches the reward levels, they may redeem points for MTC ground transportation rewards, including free base fare trips for business or personal travel in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Award Redemption Levels
750 Miles: Upgrade to a luxury stretch limousine, van or SUV for the price of a sedan.
1,000 Miles: Five hours for the price of four. The free hour is available on sedan, limousine and SUV bookings only.
1,250 Miles: Five hours for the price of four. The free hour is available on all vehicle types.
2,500 Miles: One free base fare one-way sedan transfer between NYC, JFK or LaGuardia Airports and the passenger’s Westchester or Fairfield County home or office.
2,750 Miles: One free base fare one-way stretch limousine, SUV or van transfer between NYC, JFK or LaGuardia Airports and the Westchester/Fairfield County home or office -Or- Sedan service between Newark Airport and your Westchester, Fairfield County or New Jersey home or office.
3,000 Miles: One free base fare one-way luxury stretch limousine transfer between NYC, JFK, or LaGuardia Airports and the Westchester/Fairfield County home or office.
3,750 Miles: One free base fare one-way sedan transfer between Bradley or Stewart Airports and the passenger’s Westchester or Fairfield County home or office.

Please Note: If more than one Frequent Rider Program participant shares a vehicle, only one member can receive mileage credit. The Frequent Rider Program is based on individual passenger transportation and rewards must be applied to the same individual's transportation. All awards are subject to equipment availability. Black-out dates and holidays are excluded from the program, call for specific exclusions.
